free shipping internationally for order above
USD100.00 to be sent to the same address.
If your purchase is below USD100,
you only pay shipping charges for the 1st
piece of jewelry. We will not charge
additional shipping charges for the 2nd and subsequent pieces. |
| Product
Availability |
| As most of our products are handmade, we shall
make every effort to ship within 5 - 7 days on receiving your order. If
due to unavailable of materials (e.g. certain color or sizes of crystal used
being temporarily unavailable) your order cannot be shipped within 10 days, we
will notify you of such delay and let you choose to either cancel your order or
place it in back order. Should you decide to cancel your order, we will
honor a refund or a credit as you may wish. However, we reserve the right to
cancel any order that is in any way suspected of fraud or misrepresentation.
We will also honor a full refund of any payment so received by us in such case. |
| Gift Wrapping and Certification |
 Our products will be sent out in a
gift box
finished with a soft ribbon on top and a
Certificate of Authentication from our
company certifying that the product is designed and manufactured by BeadsCharm
with genuine Swarovski crystal beads and pearls or other quality materials as
the case may be.

| Shipping |
We will ship our products internationally by
either registered air parcel services offered by postal services or by Federal Express Co
(FedEx) courier service. As FedEx provides tracker numbers all the way, we
would recommend to use their services. To keep the shipping charges low, we are
absorbing fuel surcharge imposed by the carriers. Below is the shipping rate chart
you will pay for
different part of the world. It will take about 8-10 days by registered
air parcel post and about 3-6 days by FedEx.

| Return Policy |
| We take pride in our products and will
guarantee your 100% satisfaction on them. Should you receive any product that
you are not totally satisfied with or that being damaged during shipment, please
notify us by email and obtain a return authorization number within 7 days of
receipt of such product. We will accept return of the said product
within 30 days from the date of your email provided that the said product is
returned to us unused and in its original package. We will honor a refund
of the purchase price of the said product by way of credit for exchange or
refund payment as you may wish. However, shipping charges for the
forwarding and returning of the said product are not refundable.
